Option 2: Upgrade to Two Tesla Powerwall 3 Units

•  Scope of Work:

•  All elements from Option 1, plus an additional Powerwall 3 unit for doubled capacity (27 kWh total).

•  Enhanced redundancy for whole-home backup and greater solar storage.

​

•  Total Cost: $26,000 (represents a value-added bundle with shared installation efficiencies).

•  Estimated Timeline: Same as Option 1.

Payment Terms: $1000.00 Deposit. 70% upon equipment delivery, balance due upon completion. Financing options available upon request, including low-interest loans and potential rebates/incentives (e.g., federal tax credits up to 30% under the Inflation Reduction Act—eligibility to be confirmed).
